Hechizo de Luna envía pedidos a todo Chile vía Starken
Los envíos por esta empresa tienen un plazo de entrega de hasta 5 días hábiles
Es necesario que el cliente indique claramente los datos necesarios para la realización del envío; estos son: Nombre completo, RUT y teléfono de quién recibe la encomienda, dirección completa.
hechizodeluna.cl no se responsable hará de errores causados en la entrega cuando la dirección de entrega indicada por el cliente no sea la correcta.
Valor del Transporte
El costo del envío es de carga del comprador (cliente) y este varía de acuerdo al peso/volumen del paquete, destino de la encomienda.
Tiempo de Entrega
El cumplimiento del tiempo de entrega es de responsabilidad exclusiva de la empresa de transporte. Por defecto los envíos se realizarán con el servicio más económico de Starken. La elección de un servicio de entrega distinto debe ser solicitada vía WhatsApp por el cliente.
Entrega en Domicilio
Todos los envíos por pagar deben ser retirados por el cliente en la oficina de la empresa de transporte. Si el cliente desea entrega a domicilio deberá solicitarnos la cotización según peso/volumen, comuna de destino y empresa de transporte de su preferencia.

Delivery time
Compliance with the delivery time is the exclusive responsibility of the transport company. By default, shipments will be made with the most economical Starken service. The choice of a different delivery service must be requested via WhatsApp by the customer.
Home Delivery
All shipments payable must be picked up by the customer at the shipping company's office. If the customer wants home delivery, they must request a quote based on weight/volume, destination commune and transportation company of their preference.
